   1 TODO:
   2 - find and remove code blocks guarded by never set CONFIG_FOO defines
   3 - convert any remaining unusual variable types
   4 - find codes that can use %pM and %Nph formatting
   5 - checkpatch.pl fixes - most of the remaining ones are lines too long. Many
   6   of them will require refactoring
   7 - merge Realtek's bugfixes and new features into the driver
   8 - address any reviewers comments
