  26         output styles:  The default is similar to the old FSF gprof,
  27         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
  28         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
  29         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
  30         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
  31         and there is less gratuitous white space.
  32         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
  33         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
  34         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
  35         symbol (without an underscore).
  36         * printfgprof.c:  New function printnameonly(), called
  37         by printname().  It handles stripping of initial '_',
  38         as well as C++ name-demangling.
  39         * gprof.callg, gprof.flat, make-c-prog.awk:  Removed.
  40         It is just as convenient to edit blurbs.c directly.
  41         * Makefile.in:  Removed rule for making blurbs.c.
