          regexp.  -srcdir relative was being handled incorrectly.

        * Makefile.in: idestdir and ddestdir go away.  Added copyrights
          and shift gpl to v2.  Added ChangeLog if it didn't exist. docdir
          and mandir now keyed off datadir by default.
