 112         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
 113         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
 114         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
 115         and there is less gratuitous white space.

 117         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
 118         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
 119         symbol (without an underscore).
