ldso build always used $(NATIVE_ARCH)-uClibc-gcc, which doesn't work for

ldso build always used $(NATIVE_ARCH)-uClibc-gcc,  which doesn't work for
cross build (ie., m68k under i386).  Changed it to use $(TARGET_ARCH)
instead.
