phy: Add 25G_AUI, XLAUI, CAUI2, CAUI4 related macros

NXP SoCs like LX2160A can support new ethernet modes
which are 25G_AUI(25G), XLAUI(40G), CAUI2(50G)
and CAUI4(100G)
Add corresponding macros definitions in phy_interface.h
