ARM: imx_v6_v7_defconfig: Select CONFIG_USB_ONBOARD_HUB

The imx6qdl-udoo board has a USB2514 Hub connected to the
USB Host1 port.

Select CONFIG_USB_ONBOARD_HUB so that USB hub can be functional.
