* i387-tdep.c:  New file, consolidates most 80387 support,
and eliminates host dependency on double<->extended conversions.
* i386-xdep.c, symm-xdep.c:  Remove most 387 support.
* xconfig/i386{sco,v,v-g,v32,v32-g}:  Now need i387-tdep.o.
