	* disasm.c (gdb_disassemble_from_exec): Delete global variable.
	(gdb_disassembly): Make "di" non static, always initialize and
	cleanup.  Always use dis_asm_read_memory.
	(gdb_dis_asm_read_memory): Delete function.
