	* utils.c:  Allow the 1st arg to xrealloc to be NULL
	(in which case do malloc).  This removes the need for
	some tests in xcoff code (and perhaps other places?).
	* coffread.c: Removed variables last_source_file,
	type_vector, and type_vector_length as these are now
	defined by buildsym.[ch].
	* defs.h:  Remove prototypes for malloc and realloc, since
	these should only be used to implement xmalloc and xrealloc,

	return void* even when __STDC__ isn't defined.  Sigh.
